Chua Lee Hua holds a Diploma in Chemical Process Technology, majoring in polymer science. Chua has taken on multiple roles since joining the lubricant additive industry in 1996 – starting as a technical analyst before moving into a crankcase technologist role with responsibility for technical service, additives and lubricant development. Chua joined Lubrizol sales in 2014 as account manager for five years before taking on the role as product manager in 2019. Current responsibility includes product line management and positioning in support of customer business plan, implementation of business strategy in line with global initiatives.
This training will provide a basic understanding of how performance requirements for lubricants are specified and approved. Trainees will gain awareness of the drivers for these specifications, what they constitute, the key players behind them and the importance of applying the right performance level.
